How to Order

Discount Daycare Direct allows customers to order via our website or by calling our Customer Service representatives directly at 888-513-6912, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., EST.  When you place your order through either option, you will receive email confirmation of your order being processed, fulfilled, and shipped.

Ordering is easy! Just follow these simple steps:

1. Select items and add them to your cart.
Find the items you’re looking for by browsing through our categories or age ranges. You can also search by item number, name, or keywords. Once you’ve found an item you like, enter a quantity and click the “add to cart” button.

2. Begin Checkout.
When you’re ready to check out, click on the “view cart” link to review the items in your cart. To start the checkout process, click “checkout.” If you have not already signed in, you will be taken to a sign-in page where you can log in or choose to continue checkout as a guest. If you signed in before you began checkout, and your billing information is saved in your member profile, you can take advantage of “express checkout,” our one-step ordering process that makes shopping with Lakeshore even easier!

3. Provide billing information.
All required fields for your billing information will appear in blue.

If you are paying by credit card, please provide the billing address that your credit card company has on file.

If you register to become a member, we’ll save your billing information for you. Then, next time you log in and place an order, your billing information will automatically appear, and you won’t have to retype a thing!

After you have provided billing information, select whether you’d like your order sent to your billing address, a different address or multiple addresses.

4. Provide shipping information.

Please be sure that your shipping address includes a street address. If you selected to ship your order to your billing address, you will not need to fill in the shipping address.

If you are shipping your order to a different address, just enter the required shipping information in the appropriate fields. Or, if you’re a registered member, you can select an address from your address book.

Once you’ve selected a destination for each item in your order, click “continue checkout” to proceed.

6. Review your order and select your payment method.
Please take a moment to double-check the billing and shipping addresses, as well as the items you have selected. You can make any necessary changes to your order before submitting it. Click on the appropriate link to change your billing information, shipping address, or delivery method.

The order total will display the subtotal, sales tax, and shipping charges for your order.

Law requires that we charge sales tax in all states where applicable. Please note that some states charge tax on shipping costs in addition to the purchase total.

Belong to a tax exempt organization? Enter your sales tax exempt number when entering billing information. (We must have your current tax exempt certificate on file in order to qualify.

You can enter additional comments before you submit your order. Use this section to add any additional information regarding your order. For instance, if you have special shipping needs or you need the invoice addressed to a specific individual at your school or institution, enter that information in the Comments box, and we’ll handle it!

Once you’ve verified that your information is correct, click on “submit”/. Your order will be submitted to Discount Daycare Direct and your order number will be displayed. An order confirmation—with complete billing and shipping information and a comprehensive list of your purchases—will arrive shortly via e-mail. You will also receive a confirmation when your order has shipped!
